β’ We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom sizing, stitching, alterations, embroidery, or personalized garments.
β’ Custom orders cannot be cancelled once stitching work has started.
Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
β’ Suits & clothing
β’ Jewelry (jhumkas, necklace sets, choker sets, bindi, etc.)
β’ Hair accessories (scrunchies, clips, etc.)
β’ Sale or discounted items
β’ Gift cards
All ready-made items are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
β’ Order number
β’ Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
β’ Clear photos of the packaging
To qualify for any replacement, a complete parcel-opening (unboxing) video is required.
The video must clearly show:
β’ The unopened parcel
β’ The shipping label visible
β’ The full uncut unboxing process (no pauses or editing)
β’ The damage or incorrect item clearly visible
Without a proper unboxing video, a replacement cannot be issued.
If a replacement is approved, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
This includes:
β’ The cost of sending the original item back (if required)
β’ The cost of shipping the replacement item
We do not offer free replacement shipping under any circumstances.
β’ Minor colour differences may occur due to lighting or screen variations.
β’ Handmade and embroidered items may have small, natural variations; these are not considered defects.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

β’ Estimated delivery: 3β10 business days after dispatch.
