• Ready-made items: 4-6business days

• Custom stitching orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the complexity of the design)

• Seasonal or holiday periods may require additional processing time.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

🚚 Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

• We currently ship within Canada only.

📬 Delivery Times

• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or holiday seasons.

📨 Tracking Information

• If tracking is available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

🛑 Lost or Stolen Packages

• NJcreations1313 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier marks them as “Delivered.”

• For lost or stolen items, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

📍 Incorrect Address
