Thank you for shopping with NJcreations1313. All our products, including custom-stitched Punjabi suits, lehengas, accessories, and jewelry, are carefully crafted with attention to detail. Please review our policy before placing your order.
• All custom-stitched and made-to-measure items are final sale.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom sizing, stitching, alterations, embroidery, or personalized garments.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once stitching work has started.
Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Suits & clothing
• Jewelry (jhumkas, necklace sets, choker sets, bindi, etc.)
• Hair accessories (scrunchies, clips, etc.)
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
All ready-made items are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
• Clear photos of the packaging
To qualify for any replacement, a complete parcel-opening (unboxing) video is required.
The video must clearly show:
• The unopened parcel
• The shipping label visible
• The full uncut unboxing process (no pauses or editing)
• The damage or incorrect item clearly visible
Without a proper unboxing video, a replacement cannot be issued.
If a replacement is approved, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
This includes:
• The cost of sending the original item back (if required)
• The cost of shipping the replacement item
We do not offer free replacement shipping under any circumstances.
• Minor colour differences may occur due to lighting or screen variations.
• Handmade and embroidered items may have small, natural variations; these are not considered defects.
• Customers must provide accurate measurements. We are not responsible for sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

At NJcreations1313, we provide safe, reliable, and carefully packaged shipping across Canada. Every order is processed with care to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Ready-made items: 4-6business days
• Custom stitching orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the complexity of the design)
• Seasonal or holiday periods may require additional processing time.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
• We currently ship within Canada only.
• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or holiday seasons.
• If tracking is available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
• NJcreations1313 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier marks them as “Delivered.”
• For lost or stolen items, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
• Orders cannot be refunded if the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
