🧵 Custom Orders (Tailoring Orders)

• All custom-stitched and made-to-measure items are final sale.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom sizing, stitching, alterations, embroidery, or personalized garments.

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once stitching work has started.

👗 Ready-Made Clothing & Accessories

Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Suits & clothing
• Jewelry (jhumkas, necklace sets, choker sets, bindi, etc.)
• Hair accessories (scrunchies, clips, etc.)
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

All ready-made items are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
• Clear photos of the packaging

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Replacement

To qualify for any replacement, a complete parcel-opening (unboxing) video is required.

The video must clearly show:

• The unopened parcel
• The shipping label visible
• The full uncut unboxing process (no pauses or editing)
• The damage or incorrect item clearly visible

Without a proper unboxing video, a replacement cannot be issued.

🚚 Shipping Charges for Replacement

If a replacement is approved, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

This includes:

• The cost of sending the original item back (if required)
• The cost of shipping the replacement item

• We currently ship within Canada only.
